This Site provides a convenient way to manage ticket orders and customer information. The Profile Information will become a permanent part of SHOWTIX4U's database system ("System") and maintained for future orders or transactions and as required under applicable law, rules and/or regulations. SHOWTIX4U is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your Profile Information is secure from unauthorized disclosure. SHOWTIX4U's system uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when communicating with you regarding your order/transaction and when collecting any payment information. While your web-browser is running under SSL the information passed between SHOWTIX4U's system and yours is kept confidential. SHOWTIX4U uses cookie technology to keep track of your current session while you're visiting the Site. SHOWTIX4U DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC RESULT FROM YOUR USE. BY USING THE SERVICES AND SITE, YOU AGREE THAT SHOWTIX4U SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY MATTER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF THE PROFILE INFORMATION WHETHER AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SHOWTIX4U, ITS AGENTS, MANAGEMENT, AND EMPLOYEES, AND PERFORMERS, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF THE PROFILE INFORMATION. SHOWTIX4U reserves the right to change or amend this Policy at any time and it is your responsibility to review the Policy.
